Well, we are getting a bit of a late start, so we will not being doing as big of a display this year as I was hoping for.

LOR (Light-O-Rama) was about 2 weeks out on shipping when I placed the order before Thansgiving, so with any luck the controllers will ship out late this coming week.  I have already started sequencing a few songs, but have alot of work to do with our lights.

Due to my motorcycle mishap, and my injured shoulder, etc we just today started putting up our Christmas stuff.  With luck most of the inside items will be up by tomorrow night.

I have already made 5 of my mini-trees, based on 54" tomato cages and a mixture of white, red and green mini lights (Pictures are here).  I also have 2 of the 10' leaping lights wired up, and may just stick with 2 for this year.

I'm hoping to get the basic outdoor stuff up this week, and just run it static until my LOR order comes in and I can work on that stuff.
